A very common problem with automobiles today is the
oxidation of plastic headlights. . This is an add on
service, it does not come with a standard detailing unless it
looks like just a small amount of polishing will effect a cure. Most
cases must be handle by one of 2 methods: Sand, compound and polish or
sand and refinish with clear urethane with uv protectant .
The sand and polish method works best on lightly oxidized
lenses while the refinish method works best on heavily oxidized
lenses
